Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. What the platform is
The Specialty Welder Blueprint provides career information, job leads, project intelligence, test-prep guidance, travel planning tools, profile and resume tools, training resources, private-instruction advertising, worker-housing listings, recruiter talent-network tools, and related services. Information can come from employers, recruiters, public sources, members, property hosts, and third-party services.
2. No guarantee of hiring, pay, test results, or job status
We do not guarantee that a job is still open, that an employer will hire a member, that listed pay/per diem will remain unchanged, or that test-prep guidance will result in a passing weld test. Members should confirm job details, WPS requirements, test instructions, pay, schedule, travel, and eligibility directly with the employer or test administrator.
3. Welding and safety guidance
Platform guidance is educational and field-oriented. It does not replace an employer WPS, site safety program, OSHA requirements, manufacturer instructions, qualified supervision, or the direction of a test administrator. When there is a conflict, follow the controlling employer, code, WPS, safety, or testing requirement.
4. Member content and media-use license
You keep ownership of photos, videos, resumes, profile information, property photos, and other content you submit. By uploading content to the platform, submitting it to us, or intentionally tagging an official Specialty Welder Blueprint social-media account in content you have the right to share, you grant Quality Industrial Contractors LLC and The Specialty Welder Blueprint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, edit for length or format, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, promote, market, and improve the platform and its social channels.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including permission from identifiable people where required. We will not knowingly use content in a misleading or defamatory way. You may ask us to stop using future promotional uses of your content by contacting support, although previously published materials may not always be retractable.
5. Private instruction and Rig Works
Private instructors are independent members, not employees or agents of The Specialty Welder Blueprint unless expressly stated otherwise. Instructor listings may require an additional advertising subscription. Members are responsible for verifying instructor experience, insurance, location safety, equipment, and any licensing or legal requirements that apply to private training. The platform may suspend or remove listings that appear unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, or noncompliant.
6. Property Hosts and worker housing
Property Hosts are independent advertisers, not employees, agents, landlords, property managers, or representatives of The Specialty Welder Blueprint. Property Hosts are responsible for listing accuracy, legal right to offer the property, permits or licenses, taxes, insurance, habitability, safety, deposits, rental agreements, occupancy rules, and compliance with applicable housing and anti-discrimination laws.
The platform provides advertising and discovery tools only. We do not inspect, manage, lease, guarantee, insure, or endorse private properties and we are not a party to any rental, lodging, deposit, or payment agreement between a member and a Property Host. Members should verify the property, terms, host identity, availability, location, payment method, and cancellation terms before sending money or traveling.
Property Host advertising currently uses two recurring tiers: $50 per month for one active published listing and $100 per month for two or more active published listings. Listing publication requires an active applicable advertising subscription. The platform may pause or remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, fraudulent, expired, or otherwise noncompliant.
7. Recruiters, employers, and the Talent Network
Recruiter and employer access may require identity, company, domain, or other verification before talent search is enabled. Verification is a platform-access control and is not an endorsement of a recruiter, employer, job, project, pay package, or hiring outcome.
Recruiters may use recruiter-visible professional welding profiles only for legitimate employment and workforce recruiting. Recruiters may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, republish, harvest, spam, discriminate unlawfully, create shadow databases, or use member information for unrelated marketing, credit, insurance, surveillance, or other non-recruiting purposes.
Personal email, phone number, home address, and private resume information are not part of recruiter search results by default. Direct contact information is released only after the member accepts an opportunity through the platform. Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of job title, company, project, location, pay, per diem, schedule, start-date, qualification, and other opportunity details they send.
The platform may suspend or revoke recruiter access for misleading jobs, abusive outreach, misuse of member information, discrimination, scraping, spam, impersonation, or other conduct that harms members or the integrity of the Talent Network.
8. Third-party job and shopping links
The platform may link to employer career sites, job boards, social-media posts, training providers, hotels, RV parks, property hosts, and retailers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Some Toolbox links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase without increasing your price.
9. Membership and billing
Paid memberships and advertising subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove access before the end of the already-paid period. Property Host advertising, Rig Works instructor advertising, Blueprint purchase credits, and other add-ons are separate from the standard welder membership unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
10. Acceptable use
Users may not submit false job or property information, impersonate employers, recruiters, instructors, hosts, or other people, upload content they do not have the right to use, interfere with platform security, misuse member data, discriminate unlawfully, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to Quality Industrial Contractors LLC through the support contact provided on the platform.
